Happiness is a choice, That can only be possible when you choose happiness at the expense of different life struggles, The mistake people make is that they think everything must be perfect before they choose to be happy, So they deliberately loose happiness for the present moment and subsequent times in quest for perfection.

Life will never present the right moment for happiness but you have to choose happiness instead. 

The greatest leaders grab problems and solve! Complainers never succeed! Learn every job in the company and be the best in every phase! Status is earned! Multiply your importance! 

Happiness is a side effect of living a life full of meaning and responsibility.
